1. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

We currently ship to:

  • All provinces and territories within Canada
  • All states within the United States

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping service

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for U.S. orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by Canada Post and may vary depending on location and external factors.

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 2–9 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days

Please note that delivery times do not include order processing time.

Toytigo is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs clearance (U.S. orders)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly through Canada Post’s website using the provided tracking number.


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within Canada and the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside of Canada.
